Cimarron Hills, on the Springs' eastern edge, carries the housing mix of its growth decades — with factory-built fireplace systems well represented and now solidly into maintenance age.
Prefab systems are engineered products with specific parts and lifespans, and we service them that way: compatible components, correct clearances, and straight answers about repair versus replacement.
East-side exposure gives Cimarron Hills the open-country wind and the region's summer hail — the combination that ages chase covers, caps and flashing ahead of schedule. Inside, the era's prefab fireboxes are reaching refractory-panel renewal age. A periodic full-system inspection catches both fronts before either becomes water in the framing or a compromised fire barrier.
Baker Chimney & Fireplace has served Colorado homeowners since 1997 on a simple standard: inspect carefully, explain clearly, repair properly, and respect the home. We repair when repair makes sense and recommend replacement only when it's genuinely the better long-term answer. Phone lines are answered 24/7, and Cimarron Hills sits within our regular Front Range coverage.
